This policy explains what personal data Srebrol shop collects when you browse srebrol.shop, place an order, or write to us, and what we do with it. It applies to our website and to our counter at Eurovea in Bratislava.
Who we are

What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery address, email, phone number and what you bought.
- Payment data handled by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Messages you send through the contact form, kept so we can follow up on the enquiry.
- Basic analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, device type — collected via cookies you can decline.
Why we use it
To pack and ship orders, to answer questions, to handle returns, and to meet Slovak accounting obligations. Marketing emails are sent only to people who subscribed, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for ten years as required by Slovak tax law. Contact-form messages are deleted after two years. Newsletter data is removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Our courier, so they can deliver the parcel; our payment provider; our accountant. We do not sell personal data, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to processing, or request that we restrict it. Write to contact@srebrol.shop and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and preferences working. Analytics cookies only run if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Terms of service

These terms govern purchases made through srebrol.shop. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Slovak and EU law.
Orders
A contract is formed when we send the confirmation email. If a set sells out between your order and our confirmation, we'll tell you and refund in full, or offer an alternative if you prefer.
Prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT at the Slovak rate. Shipping is shown separately before you confirm payment. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
Product descriptions
Our pieces are fashion jewellery — plated brass or zinc alloy with glass stones and shell or resin pearls. They are not precious metals and are not sold as such. Screen colours vary, so the tone of a stone may differ slightly from your display.
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard, and cash on delivery within Slovakia. Card payments are processed by our provider; we never store card details.
Liability
We're responsible for the goods matching their description and being fit for ordinary use. We're not liable for damage caused by wearing pieces in water, in a sauna, or with cosmetics and perfume applied directly to them.
Contact and disputes
Write to contact@srebrol.shop first — most things are settled that way. If not, Slovak law applies and the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (SOI) handles consumer complaints. You may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
Delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are usually packed the same day. Everything else goes out within two working days.
Slovakia
- Courier to your address — €4.90, typically 2–4 working days.
- Parcel locker — €3.50, typically 2–3 working days.
- Free on orders over €60.
- Collection at our Eurovea counter — free, ready the next working day.
Czechia, Austria, Hungary
€8.90, usually 3–6 working days. Free above €90.
Rest of the EU
€12.90, usually 5–9 working days. Customs charges don't apply within the EU.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us. If it hasn't moved for three days, write to contact@srebrol.shop with your order number and we'll chase the courier.
If something is missing or damaged
Photograph the parcel and its contents before unpacking further, and send the photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace the item or refund it.
Refund policy

You can return anything bought online within 30 days of delivery — longer than the 14 days EU law requires. Items must be unworn and in the box they arrived in.
How to return
- Email contact@srebrol.shop with your order number and which pieces you're sending back.
- We reply with the return address and a short form to include in the parcel.
- Post it, or bring it to the Eurovea counter with your confirmation email.
Refunds
Once the parcel reaches us we check the pieces and refund within 14 days, to the method you paid with. Original shipping is refunded on full returns; return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrong.
Exchanges
Ring sizes and chain lengths can be exchanged once, free of charge, within the same 30 days. Tell us the size you need and we'll reserve it while your return is in transit.
Exceptions
Pierced earrings can only be returned with the hygiene seal unbroken, for health reasons. Personalised or engraved pieces can't be returned unless faulty.
Faulty items
If a clasp fails or a stone comes loose within 24 months, you're covered by the statutory warranty. Send a photo and we'll repair, replace, or refund.
